In order to find the high calibre personnel our customers expect to interview we carry out an extensive search and selection campaign. Armed with the best database and Internet searching tools modern technology offers, we search and select from a further seven incredibly large databases with the intention of presenting highly suitable people for interview.
Our searching tools help us to reduce thousands of seemingly suitable CVs to a highly targeted short list of about a hundred people to consider. You benefit from us broadcasting your vacancy electronically to a carefully targeted audience on our own in-house database - discretion of course is assured and we never disclose the identity of our customer until we are given the go-ahead to do so.
Our telephone interviewing process often takes several days to fully complete and we set the highest standards. Many of the people we contact aren't looking at the well known HR job boards and we task ourselves with ethically positioning our customer's vacancy in the most attractive way possible without ever making an opportunity sound better than it really is.
