Graduate Recruitment Administrator
You will be responsible for supporting the exisiting team with admin and high volume call based campaigns.
This position is predominantly phone based, discussing vacancies with applicants and assessing suitability against the job requirements.
You must be an excellent communicator with attention to detail, and the interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
Prior experience in a call centre, sales or customer service position is highly desirable.
This is a front line role which focuses on making contact with candidates on the telephone to establish suitability for a vacancy.
Based from our modern offices in Teddington town centre, the role of Account Executive is varied. There is no sales work involved, the primary focus of your role will be to support one of the company’s senior team members, selecting people who you believe are suitable for introduction to a client and providing administrative support.
This role is entirely telephone and email based with very occasional client-facing meetings - excellent written and verbal communication skills are absolutely essential.
