Why do you like working at Ashdown Group?
"I love working at Ashdown because of the people and culture we have created. It is a people focused business and feels like a family. We are supportive of each other and love celebrating everyone's success. The environment is built on trust and we are afforded flexibility to ensure we deliver. It is still challenging twelve years on and I feel like I am really listened to!"

Is your role at Ashdown what you expected it to be?
"If I'm really honest, I had absolutely no idea what to expect when I joined Ashdown; I was a fresh grad and this was one of the first roles I interviewed for! Here I am ten years later; I love getting involved in extra business-based projects to improve the company as well as doing my day job and have made friends for life - I couldn't have asked for anymore. What’s the element of your role that you find toughest?
"Letting candidates know when they haven’t been successful. We build strong relationships with our candidates throughout the lifecycle of a vacancy too so this can be really tough.
