Fees

Permanent

If you would like to take advantage of our 12.5% fee you will need to allow us to work on your vacancy for a few days exclusively. After you can approach other agencies should you feel you need to and our fee remains 12.5%.

If you have used another agency or would like to involve another agency, our fee is 15%. We have a strong track record of finding people for vacancies other agencies are having difficulty with.

Contract

A heavy investment has helped us build a contractor database of just over 200,000 highly skilled people.

With sensible margins, Ashdown Group pay our contractors as much as possible.

For example, a £300 per day contractor on three month contract has a 15% margin.

FTC/Interim

Generally for 9 months to 24 months where a general skillset is required. Not as expensive as contract day-rate and charged in-line with the permanent fee structure fixed term contracts are a great solution to maternity or secondment cover and long-term absences.
