The Ashdown Group has been engaged by an independent telecommunications provider, to assist in their search for a Mobile Provisioning Manager.

The successful candidate will have provisioning experience with mobile network suppliers, such as Vodafone, O2 and EE .

You will need knowledge of MiFID compliant Mobile Voice Recording and be responsible for ensuring that the activation and maintenance of the mobile estate works consistently.

To be suitable for the role you will need:

Knowledge of network level tools, portals and APIs with each of the operators.
Experience of the porting in of lines from new customers onto the phone estate using the established MNP processes.
Knowledge of mobile tariffs, content bars and roaming or data bundles.
Understanding of provisioning, disconnecting, migrating and changing mobile voice or other converged services, e.g. Apple DEP.
Understanding of and experience with the mobile number porting environment
Exposure and use of the various Portals and systems used by the Networks ISAAC, ABS etc.

This is a newly created position and the successful candidate, whilst initially being hands-on, will have chance to grow and develop a team. A resilient personality will be a distinct advantage as there will be times that events will not go to plan, or priorities will need to be changed or adjusted. Will need to demonstrate the ability to cope in a fast moving environment with varying workload and pressure from both internal and external sources. You will be able to listen and communicate proactively and possess excellent problem solving, decision making and judgement skills. A passion for high customer satisfaction is a key requirement.
