Job Description

An award winning design business in central London at the forefront of their field, is looking to add an IT Support Analyst. Joining a small but high performing team, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support across software, hardware and peripherals.

This is a really varied role, where in addition to your day to day support tickets, you will have the opportunity to work across an interesting mix of technologies and develop knowledge and skills across the entire environment. In addition, there are various projects to involve yourself with and you will also have the opportunity to take sole responsibility for some small projects yourself.

Although a small team of 3, this is a culture that rewards great work and supports peoples on-going development. As such employees benefit from annual appraisals and generous salary increases as well as the opportunity to develop your skills across some 3rd line infrastructure support.

Day to day responsibilities might include:

-Logging all issues using the ticketing system.
-Setting up and troubleshooting software and hardware.
-Conducting basic administration of Windows Servers, Active Directory and Filesystems.
-Supporting and managing the Microsoft Office 365 email system.
-Maintaining the audio visual for the organisation.
-Running the software installs and updates.
-Supporting with the overall Strategy and Development of the IT function.

To secure this role you will have excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition, strong 1st - 2nd line support skills, experience supporting in a Windows environment, Active Directory and Office 365. In addition, any experience within a professional services environment would be considered highly advantageous but not essential to securing the role.

The starting salary for this role is up to £28,000, depending on skills and experience and offers the incumbent to join a fantastic business.
