HR Business Partner / HR Advisor- Central London, SE1 - up to £37,000 plus 10% bonus and extensive benefits.

A hugely successful and award winning architectural practice is looking to add an experienced HR Business Partner, to support the business and deliver hands on HR support to the wider team. This excellent business offers an incredibly friendly and creative working environment and will consider candidates looking for a degree of flexibility in the working hours.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR, the fundamental purpose of the position will be to support across a range of core areas including; HR administration, training, recruitment and working closely with the senior leadership team to help support the overall growth of the function whilst the business experiences a period development and change.

The core responsibilities of this hands on role will include;

·Reviewing and issuing HR related paperwork
·Recording and monitoring overtime, holiday bookings, absences and raising any concerns where appropriate
·Managing the employee review processes, ensuring that they are delivered on time and preparing the relevant paperwork and constructing training plans
·Coordinating the recruitment process including liaising with agencies, following up on feedback from senior management and organising interviews
·Setting up inductions for new starters
·Supporting Managers in evaluating training needs, making suggestions for improvements and putting together on going training plans
·Organising training days/events
·Supporting the senior leadership team through a cultural change programme and staff engagement activities

This excellent opportunity would suit a confident and outgoing individual with a generalist background, looking to take that next step up in their career. Although a hands on generalist role, you will partner closely with the Head of HR at implementing effective HR strategies across the business and it is expected the role may well develop into an HR Manager role as the business continues to grow, so the suitable person should have the appetite for this career development. In addition, any experience gained within a creative environment and assisting during a period of growth, would be considered highly advantageous. Although not essential, a CIPD qualification would also be highly favourable.
