Job Description

A market leading private equity and fund administration company is seeking a qualified accountant to lead their small Client Implementation team, undertaking a full range of advisory and project management tasks surrounding the set-up of new clients, for a fixed term period of 12 months.

** To be suitable you must have an accounting background with experience of private equity structures across locations such as Guernsey, Cayman, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Netherlands and the UK **

Reporting into the Group Head of Sales, the Head of Client Implementation will oversee all EMEA client on-boarding, providing support to Sales Team and attending meetings as required to help secure new clients.

The role holder will provide accurate reporting on a timely basis including board reports and pipeline analysis. They will ensure that the take-on revenue is maximised and collected in a timely manner. Working with the Sales team, the Head of Client Implementation will review requests for proposal (RFP) responses whilst also ensuring regular meetings and calls are held with all current clients.

Other responsibilities include:

* Management and appraisal of a team of three.
* Ensuring all clients complete a client satisfaction survey post implementation
* Escalating any breaches, complaints or errors
* Maintaining an awareness of clients' legal documents and liaising with the Compliance team to ensure commercial due diligence is completed.

Essential experience/qualifications:

* Applicants must have had significant experience in a similar sales/Client Relationship role within private equity
* Accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA)
* Comfortable communicating with clients and third parties in a professional manner
* Ability to delegate
* Knowledge of offshore requirements in Guernsey, Cayman, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Mauritius (ideal)
* Experience of project management would be desired, but not essential
