A highly regarded retail company with national and international interests has approached the Ashdown Group seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (B2C).

The role will analyse results of the website, PPC and online marketing campaigns to make business recommendations that drive customer engagement and therefore support growth and revenue generation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Paid Marketing team to develop performance marketing strategies and maximise ROI for paid online performance marketing. You will work together to manage PPC, Meta and re-targeting channels and to identify growth and optimisation opportunities and develop short and long term strategies. In addition, you will liaise with the E-commerce team and the IT team to analyse landing page performance, bounce rates etc.

Role overview and responsibilities:

* Contribute to strategies for bid optimisation, creative testing and keywords
* Set up new PPC campaigns and ensure best practice is followed
* Develop remarketing strategies across paid search channels
* Maintain copy performance and testing matrix for PPC and re-targeting
* Analyse landing page performance, bounce rates and quality score
* Work with Paid search channels to analyse competitors
* Provide Market Insight on Performance Marketing within various markets
* Build and maintain relationships with key partners
* Ensure quality and consistency across marketing activities
* Budget Management
* Reporting and analysis on campaign performance - strong Excel skills required

This is a very fast paced environment, so a background in retail, hospitality, travel, FMCG or similar would be of particular relevance.
