Talent Development Manager - City of London

A highly successful and global business based in the City area of London are looking for an experienced Talent and Development professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience as a Talent Manager, Talent Development Advisor or Talent and Development Coordinator. You will have studied Psychology at university and will be Level A and B qualified for psychometric testing.

Joining a large HR function and reporting to the Head of Talent Programmes you will work to deliver, coordinate and manage structured global programmes for talent development. There will be significant amounts of direct delivery for programme participants, particularly around psychometric feedback, coaching and development. You will work across range of talent development programmes including Emerging Leader Programmes, Management Development Programmes and Senior Management Programmes which focuses on Group Executive roles.

To be considered, you will have previous demonstrable experience delivering a range of Talent Development Programmes within an established business. You will have experience managing stakeholders as well as delivering psychometric feedback and development coaching. Any additional qualifications gained within the Psychology field such as Organisational Psychology or Occupational Psychology would be extremely beneficial.

The salary on offer for this Talent role is £50,000 plus benefits and bonus.
