An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an exciting, global consumer goods business, enjoying a real buzz around their brand and rapid growth both in the UK and abroad, as their new Social Media & Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive social media and have an influence on the wider marketing as the brand expands.

The main focus of the role will be marketing through social channels, concentrating on increasing consumer engagement for the brand and working to develop the long-term growth of the business. You will achieve this by writing engaging copy and content and developing a buzz in the different social media communities around the brand. You will focus on all social media channels including; Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and Twitter. In addition, you will measure the effectiveness of your campaigns through Google Analytics and Social Media Insights to deliver your analysis on the success of the campaigns. This is a collaborative role that will see you work closely with the Head of Marketing, external graphic design agencies and wider team and give you the opportunity to really influence the 'voice' of the brand across their target demographics.

To secure this role you will have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and strong digital marketing experience. Experience gained within a digital media/marketing / creative agency environment would be particularly advantageous, as would people with experience marketing for successful, global foodservice brands too. You should have demonstrable experience of managing social media channels for a brand and be confident writing copy and creating engaging content. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of reporting on social media and marketing campaign performance, utilising Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
