Job Description
The Ashdown Group is currently looking for 1st Line Service Desk Analysts on behalf of a highly successful MSP based in the Hemel Hempstead area. The role will focus on provision of support for the MSP's client base, predominantly using mainstream Windows / Microsoft and networking technologies.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a highly developed sense of Customer Service. A strong affinity for technology is also expected and you should be the sort of individual who is relied upon by close friends and relatives to fix their technology troubles. Ideally, you will have some experience of working in a technical support capacity already and will be familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and MS Office.
CompTIA A+ certification or similar Microsoft or networking certifications will be of particular interest.
