Job Description

The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a highly successful independent telecommunications provider, to assist in their search for an Implementation Manager.
The ideal candidate would be experienced in customer and client-facing roles, within a telecoms sales or technology sales focused environment. You will have demonstrable experience client onboarding and service implementation.

The focus of this role will be the daily onboarding process for high profile corporate and consumer clients into the business and ensure the smooth transition of service; this will include client meetings, managing, monitoring and reporting daily workflows as well as managing 3rd party suppliers and all new implementations.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the ability to cope in a fast moving environment with varying workload and pressure from both internal and external sources. You will be able to listen and communicate proactively and possess excellent problem solving, decision making and judgement skills.

The use of a professional project management framework and capacity management for complex environments will be essential to enable delivery of key targets. This is a deadline driven environment, and therefore candidates must be assertive and possess the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers to deliver services which meet the companies SLAs.

This is a key role reporting to the Head of Operations as part of a dynamic team. You will manage the onboarding of mobile / fixed voice and data inventories, reporting on updates for new orders and service transitions/relocations. You will monitor the order workflow pipeline and delivery trends, while updating internal and external customers on order progress.
