An international finance services business in Central London is looking for driven and dynamic Support Analyst to join their firm.

The overall remit if the role will be to deliver vital onsite support to a busy sales team and whilst this is a stand-alone position you will liaise with other members of the company's IT Infrastructure team, based in Head Office, on a regular basis.

You will be responsible for providing telephone and face to face support to internal users and play a key role in the day to day running of the company's infrastructure, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This could include server management, as well as troubleshooting, installing, configuring and maintaining both hardware and telephony equipment.

This is a hands-on technical position and the successful candidate will hold a good all-round knowledge and be keen to learn new skills

Experience of working in a similar cross platform environment would be extremely advantageous, as would any knowledge of the following:

* Windows 10, 8, 7
* Microsoft Office 2013/2016, Office 365
* Mac OS, iOS
* Troubleshooting and administration of Windows Server
* Installation, configuration and testing of new computer equipment
* Maintenance of telephony systems
* Routers, switches and firewalls

It would strongly support your application should you hold any certifications such as Microsoft or have previously worked for a financial sector or professional services firm.
