Job Description

An excellent opportunity to undertake a pivotal customer-facing support role in a small, dynamic software business that will allow you to pursue a career in either technical IT Support or Client Services.

This young software company is making significant progress in a challenging market, growing their customer base substantially; offering cutting-edge technology and fantastic customer support to clients in high-end industries, with substantial further growth predicted in 2018.

Viewing the role as two parts, the core focus is remote customer support, utilising basic IT support skills to assist external users with application issues. Issues could be user administration, and password resets through to more significant fault diagnosis that needs escalating to the development team.

Secondly, the role will customise instances of the software for new clients. It's a more business orientated element and requires commercial understanding and logical thinking. After establishing a schedule of work, you will deliver a client-specific version of the platform for new customers.

The job will be busy, exciting and engaging and uniquely cover both technical knowledge and client-facing decision making. The size and shape of the organisation allow for you to quickly take on new responsibilities as you master your initial job role and drive efficiencies.

You will be given complete training in all the key areas. You simply need to be tech-savvy, keen and have customer service experience, with good communication skills.
