Job Description

The Ashdown Group are pleased to be working on behalf of a leading firm based in the Princes Risborough area. They are looking for an experienced Customer Support Consultant with good IT application support skills to work on their IT service desk providing application support to a variety of global clients.

As an IT Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing outstanding technical guidance, customer service and application testing. Working in a busy team of Support Consultants you will provide email, telephone and remote 2nd line support to a wide variety of queries per month, as well as providing complete life cycle testing to all resolutions.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience of supporting or working with in-house / bespoke applications
- Experience of testing bespoke applications
- Experience of working to SLA's and KPI's
- Strong customer support experience
- Experience of supporting non-technical customers
- Experience of liaising with development teams

Additionally, as a Support Consultant, you must have strong conflict resolution skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. You must also have exceptional multi-tasking and organisational attributes and be adept at interacting across all levels.
