Job Description

A highly successful and well established business based in the Brighton area are looking for an experienced Database Coordinator with CRM experience to be responsible for the management and coordination of their CRM database.

Key responsibilities will include:

Working with technical teams to design and deliver new functionality
Provide a responsive support function for all users; acting as the first point of contact for all queries
Receive and coordinate development requests
Ensure all additional functionality is tested
Write and maintain database documentation

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience with a Salesforce based CRM system. You will have previous experience supporting users across CRM systems and will be comfortable importing and exporting data. A basic understand of SQL would be beneficial.
