A large and well known financial services business based in East London is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (Mac/Windows).
Working as part of the IT support team, the Desktop Analyst will be responsible for providing high level VIP support to senior managers and directors. Although predominantly supporting Apple Mac technology, there will also be a requirement to support Microsoft Windows PC's. As this role will be supporting company VIP's, there will be an expectation to provide on-call executive support.
This Mac Desktop Support Engineer role is paying a starting salary of up to £42,000 based on experience.
To be considered suitable for this Senior Desktop Analyst role you must have proven experience in supporting company VIP's/Executives along with strong support skills in the following:
- Mac and PC Hardware
- Mac and PC software including Mac OS X and Windows OS
- Microsoft Office
- Server Support
- Anti-virus software
- Active Directory
Any experience of supporting Polycom infrastructure would also be seen as advantageous however this is not essential.
