Job Description

A leading professional services organisation has a new opportunity for an Administrator to join their successful team near Milton Keynes.

Working with constantly changing priorities in a high pressure environment, we're looking for a person capable of managing their own workload and operating without supervision.

This role focuses on the support to an operational group of account managers and covers a full generalist remit. Tasks will include:

- Post, plus administering and issuing letters and arranging dispatch of items via courier
-Project work
-Manging shared email accounts and assigning relevant tasks
- Administrating client files, uploading information into databases and maintaining applicable spreadsheets
-Liaising with clients on the telephone and email
-Administrating annual leave and sickness notifications
-Stationary ordering
-Arranging conference calls and appointments

This is a regulated environment where you will be required to handle multiple administrative tasks. You must have strong MS Office skills and be adaptable to business commitments. Excellent organisational skills are essential.
