HR Manager

HR Manager - £45,000, Sheffield 

We are looking for a proven HR manager within the hospitality space to manage a cluster of Hotels within the midlands area. The ideal candidate for this role will be self-motivated and able to effectively prioritise workloads. You will be responsible for HR performance across the hotels within your dedicated cluster and take ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, alongside General Management. 

Responsibilities include: 

Management of the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertisement and talent attraction and onboarding of new staff. 

Workforce planning - strategically analysis the company's current workforce and identifying gaps in skills and talent and forecasting future demand, 

Employee engagement - developing engagement strategies, recognising and rewarding performance and providing feedback and communication channels for staff. 

Training and learning & development - enhancing employee skills in alignment with company goals. Performing training analysis to determine focus areas and program design for training of staff. 

Support of the Group HR Manager with the rollout of HR project work across the group. 

Skills required: 

- Previous experience within HR and hotels. 

- IT literate including Microsoft Office packages. 

- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams. 

This role will provide hybrid working following probation.
