A market leading organisation operating within retail sector are looking for a Senior Retail CRM Manager to join them on a 3-6 month fixed term contract. Based in their Central London offices, you will take ownership of the development and implementation of the CRM programme for retail customers.
Please note - to suitable for this CRM Manager role you must have gained experience across retail loyalty schemes will ideally have worked within large retail businesses previously. Any previous experience with Salesforce would be considered advantageous.
Working very closely with Marketing Managers across the business, you will ensure the effective planning and performance of all aspects of customer on-boarding and retention to drive customer activity and engagement. This role will require strong stakeholder management skills as you bring together marketing, product and branding to deliver a high performing customer acquisition strategy; setting the tone and voice for all CRM communications.
The key focus for this role will be to:
Develop a customer centric CRM plan to drive acquisition; delivering and supporting campaign communication
Develop retention and yield driving comms to relevant customer groups
Track and report on CRM campaign success
Ensure all marketing and comms are compliant with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements whilst setting the appropriate tone and voice for all campaigns
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record across campaign and project management. You will be experienced in CRM and developing customer journeys within a retail environment.
The salary on offer for this 6 month fixed term contract is up to £75,000, depending on experience.
