Job Description

A leading professional services organisation has a new opportunity for an Administrator to join their successful team near Leicester.

In this role you will be assisting with customer proposals and tenders by typing, filing, photocopying and carrying out other administrative duties, at the request of the Business Development Managers. You will be updating price lists and tender documents and will need to have a good level on MS Word and Excel.

It is important that you are able to maintain relationships with the global locations to facilitate price and service queries. With this information you will prepare price matrices, proposals and manuals for the senior team members.

Further, you will give PA/administration support to the team and assist with client hospitality.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Confident liaising with internal and external contacts both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Previous administration experience is essential.

This is a regulated environment where you will be required to handle multiple administrative tasks. You must be proficient in MS Office and be adaptable to business commitments.
