Job Description

Head of Sales - Leicester, Leicestershire - up to £70,000 OTE plus car and healthcare. A well-recognised business, at the forefront of their field and on a continuous upward trajectory, is seeking a Sales Lead to build and manage the sales pipeline and drive the business's vision.

This is a rare opportunity to take a defining role at the head of a determined and professional team. Tasked to deliver and maintain exceptional customer engagement through the delivery of campaign response and consultative sales. Parallel to this, you will define performance and strategise to improve results. Your success will be measured through new business generation.

You will consistently work with the team to enable the development of better customer engagement, leveraging technology (CRM, Salesforce and other tools) to improve efficiency.

Further, while directing the teams, you will act as a the preeminent expert, able to advise more substantial clients and recommend the relevant product/solution from the portfolio through needs analysis.

It is fundamental that the successful candidate acts as a beacon to carry and deliver the culture of engagement, to drive motivate and ensure an effective team. You will be active in the hiring process of your team and be responsible for their growth and development.

This is a role which allows a collaborative approach, you will develop strong working relationships with everyone you meet and your success will allow you to become important to the senior leadership team.

To flourish in this role the successful candidate will be intellectual, driven and personable, couple with an ability to lead and unite.

It is essential that you have experience with professional services, management of a team and demonstrable experience of successful relationship building.

The starting basic salary for this role is £50,000 - £58,000 plus commission (~£10,000), a car or car allowance and an additional and generous benefits package.

Travel is expected to be around 5 days per month to anywhere in the UK, ranging often from Plymouth to Leeds or Manchester.
