Job Description

A highly successful and global business, who specialise in technology, are seeking a Supplies Sales Business Manager to cover the North West of England. Your role will be vital in developing key sales of supplies, through the creation and implementation of sales strategies and strong relationship building, by engaging with UK channel partners and distributors. In addition, you will work to ensure the profitable growth of the business and also lay the foundations for further sales development.

Your daily duties will consist of:

- Engaging new channels to create new routes to market.
- Cultivating global, multi-national and key accounts for the supplies business.
- Developing the Regional Sales teams through training, engagement and education.
- Establishing strong relationships across all channel partners.
- Providing support to the Regional Sales Teams and Account Managers.
-Managing the supplies revenue plans across the region, alongside the Regional Sales Managers and Regional Credit Managers.
-Growing relationships with the channel partners and end user customer base.
-Offering valuable consumer feedback to the Product Marketing team, and play a crucial part in creating market engagement and direction.
-Ensuring that the channel partners are trained and equipped in the best way possible.

The role will require you to travel extensively across the NW region to various channel partner and customer sites. When you are not on site visits, you will be based from the office in Preston, with the wider sales, Product Marketing and Marketing and Design teams.

The successful person to secure this role will have:

-Proven experience and successes working in a channel sales environment within technology supplies.
-Developed new sales concepts and implemented them into both, established and developing markets.
-A natural aptitude for building and managing relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
-Comfortable being in a Senior Sales role that, although does not have any direct reports, requires you to be a point of contact and support to the Regional Sales/Account Managers.

The starting salary for this role is up to £50,000 basic plus bonus and £5.4k car allowance, with additional generous benefits package and 25 days holiday. You join a high performing, professional and friendly team and a business that offers fantastic opportunities for salary and career progression.
