Operations and Customer Supervisor - Chiswick, west London - up to £30,000 plus bonus and benefits. An excellent opportunity has arisen within a respected telecoms organisation for an experienced Operations and customer service Supervisor to join their team.

This is a newly created position and will be an excellent opportunity for the right person. In this position you will be responsible for:

- Processing of new client orders within Core Operations, ensuring the quality of verified Orders and information passed from Sales Operations to Core Operations
- Co-ordinating the work of other operation teams to ensure the customer receives correct device
- Client communication including, order processing, ongoing support and dealing with any queries
- Supporting Customer Service team with answering client queries,
- Providing suggestions and plans for improvements to processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of work
- Ensuring the processes and procedures and any documentation is always up to date
- Monitoring the effectives of processes and procedures, noticing areas for improvements
- Monthly database reconciliations
- Daily reporting to the Head of Operations

A key element to this role is team supervision; although initially this will be one or two team members there will be growth . Your responsibilities will include:

- Training Customer Service Executives in all operational processes,
- Work Load management
- Providing feedback about team's performance to Head of Operations
- Ensuring the team is appropriately staffed,
- Designing and implementing an induction plan and schedule for a quick and effective training of new team members

Ideally you will have experience within a Telecoms or Technical environment

The successful candidate will have experience gained working in a busy and customer-focused environment department and have impeccable communication skills and an engaging manner. In addition they must have excellent attention to detail, strong MSOffice and organisational skills and be analytically minded.
