Job Description

 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator / QA coordinator to join a global organisation working on site with their prestigious retail client, based in Bournemouth.

It is essential you have a solid understanding of product testing standards, have worked in retail and ideally have a science based degree. A key part of this role is to administer the product testing process alongside a team of quality and safety assurance technologists.

The client is looking for a self-starting and highly organised individual to oversee all aspects of the relationship with the client including:

- Managing test report approvals and complying with quality assurance and control requirements
- Working alongside the retailer technical team to support and advise them with all information on quality and safety of products
- Ensuring compliance across testing, inspection and audit reports
- Reviewing samples to advise on correct testing methods and facilitating that process
- Ensuring requests for information are delivered in a timely manner

Prior experience of working in a quality control lab or product testing organisation would be preferable with some basic knowledge of ethical and quality auditing.

You will be responsible for providing general administrative support to senior staff including preparing and formatting documents therefore you MUST have strong IT skills including advanced Word and intermediate Excel. You will be highly efficient and comfortable liaising between It is envisaged you will be onsite in Bournemouth 4 days per week with regular travel to sites in the Midlands, at least a couple of times per month.
