Job Description

My client is a leading industry regulatory body going through continued growth & expansion. They have an urgent requirement for an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st & 2nd line support to circa 60 users.

Working directly with the IT Manager as a 2 person team you will be responsible for both hardware & software support of the complete IT infrastructure set up.

To be considered for this position you will have previous 1st & 2nd line support working with the following technologies:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Exchange Server & Office 365
- Windows 10
- Antivirus, backup solutions & firewalls
- PC's, laptops & printers

Any further skills with Mac OSx, MS Azure, SharePoint Online, storage and VoIP would be highly beneficial but NOT essential.

This role will also see you working on a number of projects with the IT manager - this may include hardware & software upgrades, rollouts and migrations.
