Job Description

A well-established firm within the technology sector has recently branched out and created a new IT Managed Services department and are now looking for a highly skilled 2nd Line Engineer to join their successful team.

Our client is looking for a passionate IT Support specialist to join their new division, providing 2nd line support in what will be a true generalist role. In order to be suitable for this exciting opportunity you must have a solid grounding in supporting Office 365 and ideally have performed an Office 365 migration. Further to this, you should also have some commercial experience with Microsoft Azure and Widows Server 2012/2016(R2).

Working closely with the IT Director your time will be split 50/50 between providing 2nd line support, where your typical duties will include handling any client support requests relating to workstations, servers, printers, networks or any other client specific technology, and being the technical lead on projects. On occasion you will be expected to travel to client sites but generally you will be providing support remotely. With this in mind and due to our client's office location, you will need to be able to drive.
