IT Support Analyst (1st, 2nd and 3rd line) - Central London - up to £30,000 plus benefits
An exciting opportunity for an IT Support professional to join this hugely successful, fast growing company as they transition into a global business group.

Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of a friendly team, you will be supporting users both remotely and on-site, providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support. This is a busy and varied role that requires someone passionate about technology and problem solving, that is able to work independently and use their initiative, taking a flexible approach to their work.

Day to day you might cover:
1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support across systems, software, applications, networks and servers for a user base of 130.
Support of Windows PC's and MACs.
Trouble shoot problems across software, Office 365 applications, internet, email, TCP/IP, browsers, printers and other peripherals.
Set up, migration and management of Office 365 applications
Where you can't resolve, escalating more complex issues with network or servers to the relevant person

Moving forward in your role, you will form part of a fast growing team, constantly bringing on board new technologies, with an exciting pipeline of technology projects for the coming 1-2 years. Therefore they are looking for someone who is keen to grow their skills and knowledge and has a genuine interest in staying current on technical solutions and developments coming to market.

To secure the role you must:
Have experience providing 1st, 2nd line and some 3rd line support.
Have good knowledge of supporting PC, systems, software and peripherals.
Have experience of basic network support - TCP/IP, DHCP and have experience with WAN and LAN networking skills.
Demonstrate experience working with OS servers and clients
Be confident supporting the Microsoft Suite applications - especially Excel.
Be confident supporting people either deskside or remotely
Thrive working a busy and varied role and take a flexible approach to your role.

This role is based in the central London office for 4 days a week, but will require you to travel 1 day per week to their Kent office. Your travel to Kent for that day will be expensed. The starting salary for this role is between £27,000 - £30,000, depending on the skills you bring to the role.
