Job Description

IT Support Analyst - up to £30,000 - Greenford, west London. A new and exciting opportunity has presented itself with a well-established and reputable IT managed services provider who are going through continued progression and advancement to further develop their current team. They are looking for a friendly and personable IT Support Analyst to join their welcoming and driven business.

In this role, you will be responsible for hardware and software support of the complete IT infrastructure set up, as well as providing 1st and 2nd line support. It is a varied customer base; therefore strong communication skills are essential, as well as having solid knowledge in both Windows environments and networking. You will be required to go off-site to visit various clients to assist with any support issues they may have, therefore it is essential that you are able to drive.

To be considered for this role you must have experience with the following:

Windows Server 2008 onwards
MS Active Directory
Microsoft Office 365
TCP/IP networking as well as DNS and DHCP
Previous experience in an IT Support role
