Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 1st & 2nd line IT Support Analyst to join an award winning well-established and growing professional services firm based in the Tower Hill / Whitechapel / Wapping area of East London.

To be considered for this position you MUST have impeccable communication skills as well as having an outgoing and friendly personality. You will be well presented and have exceptional user support skills.

Working directly with the IT Manager, you will be responsible for supporting circa 100 users across 2 UK sites. Experience with supporting, troubleshooting, and maintain the following will be essential:
- Windows 7 &/or Windows 10
- Active Directory & Windows Server
- MS Office & Outlook
- PC's, laptops, tablets, mobile phones & printers
- Any experience with Apple Mac's will be highly beneficial but NOT essential

Based in the Tower Hill / Whitechapel / Wapping area of East London they are within walking distance from Tower Hill, Aldgate & Aldgate East, Shadwell and Wapping tube & train stations.
