My client is a leading industry regulatory body going through continued growth & expansion. They have an urgent requirement for an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to around 60 users.

Working directly with the IT Manager in a 2 person team, you will be responsible for both hardware & software support of the complete IT infrastructure set up and must be able to work autonomously.

To be considered for this position you will have previous 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support working with the following technologies:
-Hyper V
-Windows Server 2012 R2 & Active Directory
-Exchange Server & Office 365
-Windows 10
-Antivirus, backup solutions & firewalls (WatchGuard)
-PC's, Androids, laptops & printers

Any further skills with Mac OSx, MS Azure, SharePoint Online, storage and VoIP would be highly beneficial but NOT essential.

This role will also see you working on a number of exciting projects with the IT Manager - this may include security, hardware & software upgrades, roll-outs and migrations.
