A leading not-for-profit organisation with an established national presence is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead their Central London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of developing a new and improved IT strategy across all departments. The successful candidate will also be supported by a Helpdesk Officer.
In essence, this IT Service Manager role requires an individual with the capability to work autonomously to ensure the maximum efficiency and availability of IT Systems and Infrastructure across the organisation.
The role will require someone with the following duties:
*Working and managing 3rd party providers and MSPs to ensure high quality support
*Negotiating and drafting contracts and monitoring the quality of delivery (staff performance and KPIs, project management and taking the lead in spreading best practice across the organisation)
*Improving governance, frameworks and infrastructure
*Implementing robust and effective solutions to business problems
*Leading business continuity and disaster recovery planning
*Managing budgets incl. designing and executing short/medium/long term strategies
*Scanning the horizon for future solutions and digital developments
This is a permanent role offering a basic salary range of £40,000-£50,000 per annum dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience plus a generous benefits package that includes a fantastic holiday allowance.
