IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst (1st Line IT Support) - City

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a large and successful financial services company based in the City.

This business offers an excellent platform for personal growth, development and training and the successful candidate will be part of a large close knit-team, supporting a large user base in a corporate environment. You will also be working with the latest Microsoft technologies and get exposure to supporting financial applications.

A salary of up to £29,000 (based on experience) is available, plus excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave, performance related bonus, superb pension scheme, private healthcare and gym membership.

To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience of working on an IT Service Desk / Helpdesk and within a busy, fast paced environment. The business operates within a Microsoft environment so you will need to have a good knowledge of:
- Windows OS
- Exchange / Outlook
- Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- PC Hardware support
- Network connectivity

This is a Monday to Friday role. As the position is within the financial services sector you will be required to cover shifts in between the hours of 7.00am and 5.30pm. Days are 8 hours (7.00am - 3.00pm and 9.30am - 5.30pm)
