Job Description

A large internationally recognised business is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager / IT Manager to oversee the service desk, application support and infrastructure teams based in central London. Reporting into the CIO / IT Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for a lot of the operational tasks, working independently and with limited managerial oversight. Duties will include proactively proposing system improvements, understanding strategic & tactical challenges, providing an escalation point for complex issues, managing projects as well as co-ordinating with suppliers, stakeholders and internal departments.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience in a similar senior IT role managing an IT technical support environment of at least 15 staff, ideally for a medium to large sized user base in a fast moving industry. It is essential to be Prince & ITIL (or equivalent) certified as well as possess excellent server, networking and software management skills, ideally Linux and Windows.

This is a key IT role for a global brand and will be supporting IT through a significant digital transformation programme. This IT Service Delivery Manager / IT Manager role is paying up to £60,000 plus benefits that generally include discretionary bonus, pension, season ticket loan and 25 days annual leave.
