An IT Operations Analyst is required in the London office of a company that specialise in personal and corporate entertainment, and operates on a global scale. This company has been established for about 15 years and turns over approximately £30m per annum from their UK operation. This is an excellent opportunity to hit the ground running whilst being exposed to a wide range of technologies.

Working within the operations function, this role will be involved with the day to day operational management of all core systems, with a primary focus on the telephony and call media platforms. You will be resolving day to day user escalation issues, configuring call queues, resolving call routing issues. Planning and ensuring adequate capacity across the platform to support current and future growth as needed.

The ideal candidate must have Avaya and ideally Call Media experience, although someone who has similar experience with different providers of VOIP and Contact Centre software will also be considered.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Monitoring core IT and Telephony systems
* Develop and implement disaster recovery and contingency plans
*Resolving end user issues which cannot be resolved by 1st and 2nd line
*Managing in excess of 250 Windows Server infrastructure
*Managing deployments/roll outs
*Managing server virtualisation technologies like VMWare/Hyper-V
*LAN and WAN network support and troubleshooting
