Job Description

Due to internal promotion my client has an urgent requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their 1st line service desk team in providing telephone, remote & email support to a wide number of businesses in the Surrey, Hampshire, Kent & Greater London areas.

Based in the Godalming area of Guildford, this is an excellent opportunity for an IT support technician to join a dynamic and fast paced IT support firm.

To be considered for this position you will have some previous IT support experience and have a friendly, engaging & outgoing personality. You will have a passion for IT and a strong desire to quickly progress up to the 2nd line IT Helpdesk team.

As an experienced IT Support Analyst you will have some experience with the following:
- Windows 7 and/or Windows 10
- MS Office & Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 &/or Office365
- Active Directory 2008, 2012 &/or 2016
- Call logging & remote access software
