Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation as an HR Manager, in this fast paced, professional business in Essex.

Reporting to the Vice Principle of HR, you will be responsible for leading all HR operational activities, ensuring that all policies, employment law legislation and that best practise is being adhered to.

The business operates a HR BP model and supports 500 staff, spread across two sites, both based in Essex, for which you would provide cover.

With the support of HR BP's and a Recruitment Officer you will ensure disciplinaries and grievances, absence management, employee relations, appraisals, manager coaching, reporting, training and any additional restructure project work is covered, such as merging of processes, setting up new HR processes and procedures.

They are seeking an experienced and robust Human Resources Manager, with a strong HR generalist background, experience managing a team, used to a fast pace and varied work load and experience of mergers, restructures or redundancies. CIPD qualification would be particularly advantageous, but not essential. The right experience at HR Manager level is.

This is a friendly, professional and high performing team that offer a fantastic holiday allowance of 35 days plus bank holidays and pension. The salary on offer is up to £42,000, depending on the skills, experience and credentials you bring to the role.
