A highly successful, global business operating in the media sector are looking for an HR Assistant or HR Advisor to join them on a 12 month FTC. Based in the Enfield offices, and working as part of the UK HR team you will deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
Please note- this is a 12 month FTC and candidates may be required to travel into Central London occasionally.
Working within a small but friendly HR function you will be responsible for the following:
Recruitment; managing the full recruitment lifecycle including working with managers to define the job spec, posting adverts, engaging agencies, arranging and carrying out interviews etc
New Starter and Leaver administration; managing company inductions and probationary periods, administering contracts
Employee Relations; support the HR team with any disciplinary, grievance or capability investigations, coordinate maternity/paternity requests, coordinate absence management processes
Reporting; assist the HR team in the production of headcount reports (Excel skills would be beneficial)
Ad hoc HR project work and general HR administration
