Group HR Administrator - (Administration, Recruitment, Contracts) - North West London - up to £23,000

An ambitious business operating within the Retail and Manufacturing sectors is looking for a motivated HR Administrator to support their growing business needs.

This role will have a high focus on HR documentation and administration working alongside an HR Manager. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries in a fast-paced environment.

The remit of the role will involve:

- Creating various HR documentation
- Contracts of Employment
- Maintaining the HR database
- Adhering to compliance regulations
- Assisting with recruitment processes and liaising with external agencies
- Ad-hoc HR duties

This is a position within a friendly and supportive environment that would suit a proactive individual with; strong administration skills, the ability to build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships, and with a discreet approach to dealing with confidential information.

Over time, the responsibilities for the role could expand making this an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for pursuing a career in HR.

It would certainly support your application if you hold - or are currently studying for - an HR qualification i.e. CIPD or are a graduate within a relevant discipline. However, qualifications are by no means essential but some previous experience is required.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a basic salary of up to £23,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
