Helpdesk Analyst - Central London - 12 months Commercial Experience Required

Great opportunity to play an important role supporting a user base of 45 at the London offices of a 400 person global organisation. This long established organisation are a not for profit and require someone with strong Office 365 and Windows 10 experience. Being a helpdesk and desktop support position - you will provide general IT support which will include printer fixes, support to other European offices and you will assist the remote network team with basic troubleshooting.

Tasks will also include creating, modifying and deleting user accounts in Active Directory, maintaining an IT inventory and troubleshooting internet issues.

Ideal candidates will have a computer science degree although this is not essential.

£20,000 - 25,000 depending on experience
