An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, Customer Service Advisor to join an international manufacturer and distribution group of FMCG products, on a 6 Month Fixed Term contract. The business has experienced remarkable growth since its launch and it's a very exciting time to join.
As Customer Service Advisor, your daily duties will include:
· Answering customer queries over the phone, via email and social media channels.
· Working to track orders and communicate with freight companies to ensure successful delivery, registering any damage or losses to stock and reissuing replacement orders.
· Responding to any payment queries in a timely and sensitive manner.
· General administrative support such as processing mail, maintaining accurate database records, provide ad-hoc support as needed to other members of the team.
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable customer service experience held in a similar role. You will also be a well organised and proactive individual, with solid computer skills and good attention to detail. Additionally, fluent French language skills would be considered highly advantageous to your application.
