A consumer-led household name with an exciting online, gaming and sports orientated portfolio is looking to add an experienced CRM strategy manager to spearhead the global CRM strategy and grow the customer database across multiple brands. The CRM Strategy Manager will take the lead within marketing and CRM to capture the needs and work with relevant partners in order to create campaign strategies.
To succeed in this appointment, you must offer a strong and diverse knowledge of CRM campaigns across multiple geographical regions, platforms and channels. In addition, be able to develop, design and implement effective and measurable customer communications that drive sales, loyalty and retention.

You will be a technical expert with a deep understanding of CRM campaigns, analytics and systems. Will be able to formulate documents using data metrics and implement testing methodologies to optimize campaign performances.

This is an exciting and senior level appointment within a highly successful industry arena. Gravitas to deliver stand-alone presentations giving insight on commercial challenges, requiring complex analysis using large multi-variable data sets, presenting results and recommendations to a global and senior audience is essential.

Applicants must come from a digital/online background; this can be either agency or client side. You must also be experienced within the dynamics of a global organization and be confident in your ability and leadership style to influence effectively across all levels.

The salary on offer is £70,000 - £90,000 basic depending on experience. There is also a 20% company performance-based bonus. Benefits include private health insurance, private dental, pension plan and season ticket loan. Holidays are 25 days. Contracted working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, however, the business operates flexibility on time and the option of working from home if required.
