CRM Performance Analyst - up to £70,000 plus 20% bonus and benefits.

Senior CRM Analyst / CRM Performance Manager - central London £60,000 - £70,000 basic + 20% bonus depending on experience. Benefits include private health insurance, private dental, pension plan and season ticket loan.

The successful CRM Performance Analyst, will spearhead the CRM performance and measurement strategy at both a global and local campaign level across all brands. To succeed in this senior level appointment you must have skills and experience in the following:

- CRM implementation distributed across multiple CRM platform and channels
- Delivering KPIs, insights and analysis to drive CRM investment decisions for international growth
- Analysing customer and market data, including customer segmentation, campaign analysis and costing
- Good understanding of online customer behaviour and behavioural analysis strategies
- Strong analytical background with the ability to deal with large volumes of numerical data
- Advantages for those with experience in using Tableau, Optimove, Power Pivot and Power Views

Applicants must come from a digital/online/eCommerce background; this can be either agency or client side. You must also be experienced within the dynamics of a global organization and be confident in your ability and leadership style to influence effectively across all levels.

Our global client offers a modern work environment and is positioned within an attractive central location. The salary on offer is £60,000 - £70,000 basic depending on experience. There is also a 20% company performance based bonus.
Benefits include private health insurance, private dental, pension plan and season ticket loan. Holidays are 25 days. Contracted working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, although the business offers some flexibility on time and the option of working from home if required.
