Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a successful Sales Manager to join a highly successful organisation. The company has a well-established client base and is looking for an individual to help them drive a division forward and develop its training sales.

This role is based in London for up to three days per week with your remaining time spent visiting clients across the country. The role will require you to have demonstrable experience as a business development manager.

Experience of working within an business to business environment particularly, professional training and development. Knowledge of Law, accountancy or compliance training could be an advantage; other sectors will be considered if you have experience selling the professional services of a blue chip company.

You will have proven and demonstrable sales experience, driving results, profit and ROI at local/regional/national levels as well as leadership experience through coaching, developing and driving profit linked growth. You'll be accountable for defining a coherent growth strategy and related execution plan to include KPI and other performance measures.

Additionally you will be involved in working with the senior management team on sales planning, forecasting and development strategy.

You will need to maintain existing relations with clients, managing, developing and growing sales. You will identify opportunities to develop new business. Previous experience using a CRM system is required.

The opportunity commands a basic salary of up to £45,000 with a realistic further £18,000 OTE, which is not capped.
