Benefits Specialist - London - 6month FTC - up to £60,000 pro rata + benefits. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Benefits Specialist to join a successful, International organisation on an Interim basis. This is an urgent vacancy and the client would like the successful candidate to start in April.

Reporting to the Head of Benefits and Reward , you will be responsible for supporting the effective development , implementation and performance management of the Benefits strategy for UK, Europe and APAC regions . This will include the full spectrum of a reward, including Ltips, share schemes, variable pay and benefit renewals.

The benefits specialist will work to improve the effectiveness of the reward and benefits programmes and will support strategic reward-related projects. You will be responsible for management of a large employee benefits portfolio (including the pensions and employee share schemes) and building a strong working relationship with 3rd party suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within reward and possess a strong working knowledge of reward and compensation principles, regulations and policies and have the ability to integrate with broader HR & business policies and objectives. To be suitable you will have developed and delivered large benefits schemes and have experience performing ROI analysis .

Previous experience of managing projects is highly desirable. You must have demonstrable experience developing strong relationships across the business, up to and including senior management level. You will be highly analytical and able to work with in country HR teams to ensure benefits reviews are completed effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills as well as being a strong communicator with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely at all levels.
This is an urgent vacancy and the client would like the successful candidate to start in April. The position is offered as 6month FTC - paying up to £60,000 pro rata + benefits
