To be suitable you will need demonstrable experience of providing application support for a diverse range of products.
This will include providing support, testing and training as well as liaising with external suppliers, and 3rd line teams within an ITIL environment,
In addition you must have good working knowledge of Incident Management, Request Fulfilment and Change Management processes, with an ability to manage and co-ordinate groups to deliver common goals and targets.
You will be required to apply a logical approach to investigating and resolving complex problems and be able to prioritise and manage a diverse and demanding workload.
The current software portfolio includes: MS Office, MS SQL, Adobe, MS Dynamics, Reddit, AutoCAD and bespoke applications
You must provide the equivalent of 2nd line technical support, across this set of enterprise applications.
This role would suit someone who is keen to take the next steps in their career with a recognised brand. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, will be essential as you will liaise with senior management, stakeholders and external suppliers on a regular basis.
There is a shift pattern between 8am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday
