Job Description

The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a leading professional services organisation to assist them in their search for an IT Software Support Analyst with a specialist focus on Sales and Marketing databases and applications.

To be suitable you will need demonstrable experience of providing technical support for marketing automation, digital campaign management and analytics, data management, and Salesforce based applications.

In addition you must have good working knowledge of Incident Management, Request Fulfilment and Change Management processes, with an ability to manage and co-ordinate groups to deliver common goals and targets.

You will be required to apply a logical approach to investigating and resolving complex problems and be able to prioritise and manage a diverse and demanding workload.

The current software portfolio includes: Oracle Eloqua; Adobe Analytics; Adobe Target; Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager; Talend MDM; Amazon Redshift; Adobe Experience Manager; Mulesoft Anypoint Platform; Salesforce; Steelbrick; Expocad; Freeman Passport; Conga; Skuid; WalkMe; Docusign.

You must provide the equivalent of 2nd line technical support, across this set of enterprise applications for Marketing and Global Sales.

This role would suit someone who is keen to take the next steps in their career with a recognised brand. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, will be essential as you will liaise with senior management, stakeholders and external suppliers on a regular basis. Ideally you will have experience within a conferences, publishing, events, professional services or media environment.
