Administrator/ Customer Service - Snodland, Kent. A well-established, global manufacturing firm based in Snodland is looking to add a well organised, detail oriented and personable Administrator to its team.

Working within a team created to deliver a first class customer service to both clients and 3rd party suppliers, you will provide administrative and customer service support to a diverse portfolio of existing a new customers. Some of your duties will include:

-Being the first point of contact for all incoming client enquiries
-Liaising with 3rd party suppliers where necessary
-Coordinating and dealing with customer complaints
-Utilising internal CRM to report on business functions to identify trends and areas for improvement
-Assisting on any adhoc projects/tasts you are assigned to
-General office administrative duties

As the role will be broad ranging in responsibility, you need to be well organised, have great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. To be considered for this role, our client is expecting that you will have experience working in a similar capacity and ideally have exposure to the manufacturing industry, or similar working environments. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or SAP CRM systems would be highly beneficial to your application but considered essential.
