Job Description

2nd Line Helpdesk Support Analyst / Office 365 / Adobe - central London - Up to £33,000 per annum plus benefits including 25 days holiday + bank hols, private healthcare and very generous pension plan.

We are seeking a strong 2nd Line Technical Support professional with a minimum of 3 years experience to assist with hardware and software problems both via phone and sometimes onsite, in a fast paced environment.

In order to be suitable for this role you will have experience maintaining and upgrading Windows Servers while supporting MS Office (Office 365 & Office 2016) and must have a good understanding of email delivery concepts.

In addition to this, you will also have knowledge of key networking technologies such as DNS, DHCP, AD and Group Policy as well as lots of hands on experience in infrastructure maintenance, software patching and firmware.
